Welcome to Palazzo Giani. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the reservation of our accommodation. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms.

Reservations

Reservations may be made directly through Palazzo Giani via email or WhatsApp, or through authorised booking platforms such as Booking.com.

A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Palazzo Giani or the respective booking platform.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Payments

Payment terms vary depending on the booking channel used.

For direct reservations, payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation.

Reservations made through third-party booking platforms are subject to the payment policies of the respective provider.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions depend on the booking channel and the selected rate.

For reservations made through Booking.com, the cancellation policy displayed during the booking process applies.

For direct bookings, cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to:

  • Respect the maximum occupancy of each apartment.

  • Refrain from smoking inside the apartments.

  • Respect neighbouring residents and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

  • Treat the property, furnishings and equipment with care.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome.

Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request, subject to availability

Pets

Pets are welcome upon prior request.

Please let us know before your arrival so we can ensure the most comfortable stay for both you and your pet.

Respect for the Property

Palazzo Giani is a carefully restored historic residence. We kindly ask all guests to treat the property with care and respect so that future visitors may enjoy the same unique experience.

Liability

Palazzo Giani shall not be liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, nor for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
